At BridgeForward Consulting, we are guided by the expertise and vision of Dr. Courtney Connor, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience spanning emergency management, healthcare administration, legal practice, federal government operations, and academic leadership. With a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution—specializing in community-based conflict and organizational conflict, a Juris Doctorate, and a Master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management, Dr. Connor’s interdisciplinary background uniquely positions her to address complex challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Dr. Connor’s career highlights include developing the Interagency Guide for Special Events during her tenure with the FBI, a resource utilized for high-profile events such as the Olympics, and receiving Boston's Award of Excellence for her exceptional service during the investigation of the Boston Marathon Bombing. She has served as a healthcare safety specialist, certified police/fire/911 Dispatcher, Defense Counsel for businesses across Northeast Florida, manager for EMS support and system emergency management for a large health system in Northeast Florida, and an academic leader who created and led Bay Path University’s online Bachelor’s Degree Program in Emergency Management.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Connor is deeply committed to community service, exemplified by her leadership roles as President of the Clay County Bar Association, President of the First Coast Disaster Council, and Member of the ElderSource Board of Directors. This dedication to serving others is further demonstrated by her appointment to the Northeast Florida Community Action Agency (NFCAA) to represent the Clay County Commissioners. Supported and recommended by Commissioners Jim Renninger and Alexandra Compere, Dr. Connor is eager to bring her expertise in conflict resolution, emergency management, and organizational leadership to the NFCAA’s mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities across Northeast Florida. Her dedication to fostering collaboration and understanding is the cornerstone of BridgeForward Consulting’s mission to deliver clarity, alignment, and impactful solutions for its clients.
